Diaper Sightings Reports

Because younger boys wearing diapers are usually subjected to different circumstances than adults, the forms contain questions that are most appropriate for each age group. If you are unsure of the subject's approximate age, choose whichever form is most appropriate for the setting in which this sighting took place. For example:

• Did the sighting take place where more younger children are present (e.g. school), or where more adults are present (e.g. a store not frequented by families with children)?
• Were there younger people in the diapered subject's party or did most of them look older than him?
• Was the activity performed by the diapered subject something children younger than him would more likely engage in, or was it an activity for people his age and older?
• Were there other diapered subjects in his party who were younger than him or older than him?
