Boy Diaper Sightings Report- February 2006

My nephew Chuckie is having difficulty adjusting to his new school. My sister moved home late last year after divorcing her abusive husband. Chuckie has become fearful and has reverted to certain toddler behaviors including withholding bowel movements for days at a time causing serious constipation. To avoid fecal impaction, his pediatrician recommened that Chuckie be given an enema when he withholds bowel movements for more than 2-3 days. I had worked as a medical secretary in a pediatric hospital before retiring to raise a family and had some experience with this.

Last night, Chuckie was to receive his first enema and my sister called me to help. My daughter Valerie and her Cousin are both 14 and very close so Valerie came to visit and help. We arrived at about 5:30 to find my sister Denise hugging Chuckie who was crying and seemed frightened. My daughter and my younger niece Jen took Chuckie aside to sooth him. This gave Denise and I chance to prepare the enema solution and talk along with my older niece Jaycee to discuss how to perform the enema and how best to manage Chuckie.

When we finished talking , Denise went to retrieve Chucky who had calmed down. Jayee took one of the chairs from the kichen table, placed in the middle of the floor and sat down. While my sister undressed Chuckie, Jaycee placed a towel across her lap and placed a dry diaper on top of it. My sister told Chuckie to lie face down across his sisters lap. Chuckie choked back his tears and did as he was told. Denise, Jaycee and I put on rubber gloves. My sister dipped her finger into a jar of vaseline, coated his behind with it and then gently inserted the nozzle of the enema bag. As the warm fluid began to flow, Val and and my younger niece Jen stroked Chuckies neck and back and spoke lovingly which calmed him. Jaycee held Chuckie close to her abdomen with her right arm and rubbed his back with her left hand.

After a nearly a minute, Jaycee asked if he was ready "to go" and Chuckie said no. So Jaycee rolled Chuckie toward which allowed Denise and I to massage Chuckies tummy to induce the enema fluid to more completely fill his bowel. Suddenly, Chucky jerked slightly and said, "please now...please let me go to the toilet !! Jaycee said "hold still honey" while his mother removed the enema hose from his behind. As she did, this Jaycee pulled the dry diaper over his bum and she and I walked to the toilet were he emptied his bowels completely. My sister diapered Chuckie thickly with cloth diapers to absorb any think that leaked. Chuckie felt much better afterwards and had no problem wearing diapers and being cared for by his sisters.

It was wean I woke up in the morning I went outside for a stretch this guy next to us says morning and I replied the same thing and we started a talking about the news on t.v And about five or ten minutes later his son came out the tent and his face was red and he looked desperate and his father said to him are you ok and he replied I need to poo and its not comeing out and he pulled down his shorts and his dad says try squatting but nothing was happening so I said try jumping and that never worked and then we said try squatting one more time and before he did he said its comeing out slowly. And then his father said sit on the grass and push it out and then ten or so minutes later he got up and said I think am finished pooing now and pulled up his shorts and said dad is it ok I still wear my diaper cuz I havent finished yet and his father said yeah ok scott and then he said to me whats your name and I said matt and he says do you wear nappys then and I replied some times I do and his face changed and he said sometimes so what you wear nappys then and his father says your not alone then scott and scott lookes at me and says yeah your right dad and he says to me do you want to change my nappy then I looked at his father and he said its ok with me matt as long as you know what to do. And I said yeah its not that hard and scott said I havent finished pooing and I havent had a pee yet and then i said to scott its ok cuz i will change you as you stand up and if you start to pee I will be behind you cleaning your bum and he said ok so I takes off his poop infested nappy and I started to clean him up and he said matt am going to pee look out and wear he was standing he peed and pooped on the grass and then he said am done now matt and then I said ok then he said sorry about that but I can't control my pee and poo cus of my blader my dad says its my kidneys so thats why I can't pee wean I want to and as he was talking about it for a good bit and as I got a nappy for he scott and put it on him he said just like the way my dad dos it and then he said am not going to wear any shorts cuz I don't like covering up my nappys and then his dad said just as long as other kids and people don't see you scott cuz matt and us wear lucky to get this spot hear to camp at cuz no one can see us hear in this area.

During the summer holidays we spent several days at the beach with some friends of ours. I being the only son in our family, and then there was the 4 year old who was the second child after his sister, and the 8 year old was also an only child (all with mother and father). The 4 year old wears nappies at night as he hasnt grasped control of his baldder at night, but just in case the parents always bring a diaper bag with them where ever they go in case he has an accident. The 8 year is normal and doesnt where nappies. On the first day we were at the beach, with the sun high over head (around 12.00 pm) we had our lunch in the shade of our beach tent, we went back to playing etc. At around 4.00 the 8 year old and the 4 year old were having a snack inside the tent while the parents and the older sister and myslef sunbathed and talked. After a few more minutes the 8 year olds mother turned around to check on them bot and saw the 4 year old squatting down, i also turned around and slowly a bludge began to appear in the back of his bathers. The 8 year olds mother said to the 4 year olds mother, " i think ben just went to the pott in his pants," The 4 year olds mother replied, "oh, well he hasnt had a pooh all day, benjamin com here please" The 4 year old came out of the tent with a very visble bludge at the back of his bathers, his mum got up and was about to lay him down on her towel when she said, oh my you hav loaded your pants hun havnt you? I looked and saw that it was nearly pulling his bathers down! So she picked him up and went to get the diaper bag that was in the tent, when she bent down to get the bag she noticed that the 8 year olds pants were also full with a load of poop. She told his mum and his mum said, oh daniel, remeber you hav to tell us if you hav to go to the toliet honey. They both made their way up to the carsm both with poopy boys in their hands, i got up and pretended to go to the toilet, which was right next to our cars.

They opened the car boot of the car closest to the toilets (luckily) and lay down the changing mat that was in the nappy bag. The 4 year old was laid down on the mat and his soiled bathers removed. They were thrown in a bag. He was then wiped with wipes from the bag. To my surprise the mother then reacehed into the nappy bag (to get another set of bathers i thought) and brought out a disposable nappy! It wasnt a little swimmer but an actual baby nappy. She lifted his legs up and placd the bottom of the nappy under his 4 year old bottom. She then pulled up the nappy up through his legs and fastened the tapes.
