Boy Diaper Sightings Report- August 2005

I was spending the week at Delaware with my aunt and grandparents. On night we took a trip to the boardwalk at night (which is always a mad house with all the shops, rides, and attrations). I took a moment to go to the public restroom, when I saw the first boy. He was a little 5 year old white boy who was trying to escape his mother's hand and run into the men's room. When he turned around, I saw his white and blue diaper, (I'm guessing its those kids diapers with Buzz Lightyear on them). His mother was also saying, "no honey, daddy is going in there, while I change your diaper." They walked into the ladies room and I didnot see them again.

The second boy I saw was a 4 year old black boy. I was walking to the rides and in front of me was the boy, sitting on his father's shoulders (the father was about 6" 4') I saw the exposed diaper on the top of his pants and saw his with diaper (maybe it was pampers, I don't know), then they walked away.

I was going to a friends place but his sister said she'll pick me up in the family van so she did. But when she came all the windows where shut and there was a box of nappies, a bowel of water, 2 face washers and a change table. Well when I was picked up by his siser and him. We went to his house but instead of going inside she blacked out the windows picked him up and put on the change table, well he did not want to be diapered so she strapped him down and picked up a wet face washer and pulled his underpants and began to wipe his bum and crotch area. Then I complained by saying why she doing this.

She picked me up and strapped me down to the change table and wipe my bum witha pink face washer (baby type) then she put a cloth diaper on me well I didn't complain. I called her an idiot so she grabbed ,me and changed my diaper for a second time. She said "As punishment if do anyhthing wrong you will be changed, but if you wet or poo your daiper I will not hesitate to change you...oh and another if you cross the line I will wipe your bum with a dish cloth and a face washer!!"

I was invited to the fiare by a fiend of mine. While at the fiare when woundering about the faire looking for my friend who was off trying to get a date with one of the girls that worked at the faire. I noticed a boy laying on a picknic table nude from the waiste down. I immediately was shocked but then a quick realization hit me. I then noticed he was laying atop a loaded diaper. Trying not to stare, I did take notice of the goings on.

He was laying atop a baby blanket, presumibly (thankfully) to help keep the picknic table free of his unclean bottum. His mother said, "up" and he used his feet to arch his back and his rear-end off the diaper. His mother then wiped his hind quarters with what looked like a baby wipe and removed the dirty diaper from under him. She then said, "alright" and he plopped his buttom back down and then looked around to see who had noticed. He made eye contact with me and I emidately glanced away and admired the various designs on some of the near by shops. When I looked back I found that the boy was staring at me and his mother was wiping his buttom some more picking up his left leg and then his right, I glanced away again and then turned so I could watch through the corner of my eye.

His mother pulled out a diaper that I asume was a "Cruiser" diaper since she pulled the sides apart so that it would open like a diaper.

When I heard faintly from the distance I was at and over all the noise of the faire, his mother say, "up" again, and I turned to glance and watch. He was arching his pennis up into the air and his rump up off the table again, his shoulders flat on the table he was looking about at other people but then his eyes fell upon me again. This time I looked him square in the eyes and he just stared back at me. His mother put the diaper under him. I glanced about to see if anyone was noticing me watching, but other then that I watched. Other people walking by would glance at him too, and some took notice of me, I felt uncomfortable but played it off the best I could.

I met my best friend Susie in the park and she had her families latest short term care kid with them. He was strapped in a pram wearing just his nappy and 'T' shirt. I thought he was about 3 1/2 but he was nearly 6 and he looked really cute as he lay there. Her mum was keeping him like this until he could prove he could keep him pants dry and Susie thought it was great having a toddler boy to look after. When he told her he needed to poop Susie told him he had to hold on until they got home for dinner, she winked to me saying that was about three hours away!

Two friends and I where playing table tennis in the Volkspark Friedrichshain public park in Berlin. Next to the tables is a fountain that many families use to give their children some cooling on hot days. I was sitting on a park bench, waiting for my friends to finish their game when I saw the boy. He was with his younger sister and his mother and they were heading for the fountain that was quite crowded as it was a very hot and sunny day.

I immediately spoted a suspicious bulk under his short pants and startet wondering whether he wears a diaper or not. I didn't have to wait long to be sure. When they arrived, the children immediately startet to undress and the moment the boy started putting of his shirt you could clearly see he was wearing a diaper. After the shirt he also put off his shorts and was standing in only his obviously wet diaper for everybody to see. At this moment you could see some children openly staring at him, and some adults giving him intense glances but most people didn't care much. Then his mother unfastend the diaper and the boy and his sister headed for the fountain to do some plashing. The dirty diaper was thrown into a bin.

Some time later the mother called her children because she wanted to leave. I was at the table then, but made sure to quickly loose the set, so that I could watch the expected diapering scene. The mother first took a towel from her bag and started toweling the children. Then she made the boy sit next to her, while she helped the girl dress. When she finished she laid out the towel on the bench and told the boy to lay down on it. Then she took a fresh diaper from her bag and started rediapering the boy. She didn't use any powder or creme, she just put the diaper on.

I was out in my yard today working on my truck when I noticed this boy around three or four outside by himself in the weeds he was taking off his diaper and running around naked I called the cops and they made his mother put a diaper on him and told her if we get a call about him being naked we are going to arrest you After that he wore just a diaper if you want to hear more about this story just write to me at [email protected]
