Boy Diaper Sightings Form Revised
- No limit on the amount of information that can be entered in each field
- Capacity for number of diapered boys noted in sighting expanded
- Addition of "remarks" fields where more details related to each question can be added for emphasis, clarification, noteworthiness, etc.
- Added question regarding the smells of the diaper sightee(s)
- Notes for providing details about the other persons present around the diapered boy(s)
- Improvements made to layout of the form
