Survey for Diaper Boys- Instructions

Welcome to Deeker's Diaper Survey for Boys! Please take a few minutes to answer the questions listed below. Please participate in this survey if you are one of the following:s

A boy (age17 and under) who currently wears diapers for any reason
A boy (age 17 and under) who has/had worn diapers since at least the age of five (not younger)
An adult male (age 18 and up) who wears or has/had worn diapers since at least the age of five (not younger)

You are especially encouraged to participate if you either:

Were kept in diapers (either continuously or intermittently) for all or most of your childhood (to age 17) by your parents, either because of medical issues, punishment or never potty trained
Were allowed to wear diapers because you wanted to wear them, especially if from an earlier age (5 and up)
Were caught wearing diapers by your parents and/or your siblings and this led to more diaper-wearing
Have been or were able to wear diapers regularly while growing up, even if in secrecy
Have had experiences with siblings (especially sisters), or with other girls, who had some involvement with you and your diapers (i.e. changing, teasing, babying, etc.)

As this survey is designed and intended for gathering, analyzing and presenting information on boys who currently wear diapers or have worn diapers past toddlerhood, and on men who wore diapers under such circumstances as boys (the target audience of this web site), I kindly ask that only males participate, please. No offense is intended towards females, but because this survey is intended to present the various aspects of wearing diapers as it pertains to boys, survey submissions from females will neither be posted nor have their results included in the summaries. I will also not accept any survey submissions which contain references to wearing dresses or content involving boys who are otherwise acting like or being treated as girls (i.e. no "sissies", please). Thank you.

This survey may appear to be dauntingly lengthy and it may take you a little while to complete it. The last question will ask you how long it took you to complete it. Not all sections or questions are applicable to all people, however. You may skip over any section which you see may not apply to you (i.e. bedwetting). Because of the thoroughness that I have strived to attain with this survey by covering a myriad of possibilities, it will likely not be as long as it may seem. I thought about dividing this survey into smaller, separate surveys, but I want to be able to track which responses came from which people, and the only way I have for doing this (unless I were to implement a system in which participants register their names to take the surveys) this is the only way I can do it now.

Most of the questions are written in the present tense. However, if your experiences on which you are providing answers occurred in the past, please treat such questions as if they were worded in the past tense.

Some questions may be more difficult to answer because different situations may have occurred throughout your childhood. If this is the case, I will leave it up to your own judgment to decide which answers would be the most appropriate. If possible, choose situations where the greatest magnitude occurred (for example, if you were regularly heavily diapered at age 8, but by age 10 you weren't usually wearing as thick of diapers, then go with what happened to you at age 8). I have tried to avoid repetition and ambiguity as much as possible, but some situations will need to call for your own judgment. For this reason I have provided numerous text boxes in their appropriate sections to allow you to provide such supplemental information if necessary.

Some assumptions to keep in mind as you go through this survey:

Many questions refer to parents in the survey and this would assume one's birth parents. However, if you are or were raised by someone other than your parents (i.e. grandparents, aunts, uncles, step-parents, foster parents, etc.) you may substitute them or anyone who currently serves or has served in the capacity of parenthood to you.
Likewise, brothers and sisters may be substituted for half-brothers/sisters, step-brothers/sisters, etc. If your cousins live or had lived with you and you regard them to be more like brothers and sisters, feel free to include or substitute them as brothers and sisters. A significant portion of this survey focuses on how your "family unit", whomever it may consist of, reacted to you wearing diapers and/or how you reacted to your family.
Because of the high number of unique or unusual family situations, I know that it isn't possible for me to have covered all of them. Again, just use your best judgment and decide which answer(s) are the most applicable and make notes where the space has been provided should further explanation be necessary.

If a text box is provided and you have nothing to add to it, please just leave it blank. Your responses may also exceed the length of the box provided. For data processing purposes, it is necessary that all the text be contained on one line.

Please answer as accurately as you can. If you are unable to recall a specific detail, please enter what you feel is the best answer. Text boxes are provided in some sections to allow you to further elaborate on any of your answers. Above all, please be honest with your answer choices and resist the temptation to provide answers that would only serve to fulfill any diaper fantasies which you may have. I will, however, welcome your diaper fantasies in the form of stories. :).

The results will be posted on Sundays along with the regular updates. While I will try to update the results each Sunday, this will depend on the volume of responses I receive and how busy I am at the time (I'm a one-man-band here). Please be understanding if you do not see your submission results posted the following week.

Comments and any other information that can be entered via text boxes is subject to editing, though any such editing will be done in such a way as to not alter the answer itself. I'm not too strict about language and most of the people who visit this site are mature enough to handle vulgarity as it pertains to diapers and diaper fetishism. I will, however, edit out any comments that are either overly critical, inflammatory, or nonsensical. If deemed necessary, I will reject a submission completely, so please use discretion with your responses. If you do choose to submit a purposely nonsensical or inflammatory survey, I won't waste my time reading it and nobody else will see it, either, so don't waste your time creating it.
