Describe what usually happens to your brother's pants after a diaper change (assuming he will not be leaving the house right away). Who handles the pants, where and how are they stored, are they folded or checked for contents in the pockets, etc.

Describe how and where your brother's pants are usually stored and secured. Include the types of locks used, who carries or has access to keys/combinations, etc. Do you keep the keys on your person or get them from your parents? Do you have your brother watch you put the key into your pocket?

Describe the times when your brother has attempted to retrieve his pants when he was not allowed to wear any. Was he successful? Did he remove any of his diapers to wear the pants? What were the consequences (punishment, further security measures taken, etc.)

How do you or would you react when your brother asks for his pants back?

How do you ensure that your brother will not wear some other family member's pants? Does your body size differ such that your pants would not fit him (with or without diapers on)? If so, how does it differ? Has your brother ever tried to wear your pants or the pants of another sibling? What were the consequences (punishment, increases in security, etc.) What else has your brother done to attempt covering up his diapers?

How do you reinforce your brother's pantslessness? What kinds of diapers and how many diapers do you have him wear? What other kinds of reinforcement do you use to keep him from removing diapers in order to wear pants in the first place

Describe the pants that your brother does wear and when he wears them. Provide details on where they are bought or if they are handed down, the condition/brands, etc. Does it appear obvious that pants are not a high priority for your brother's selection of clothing?

How do you feel when you see your brother with pants on? Does it look unusual to you when you see him wearing pants? What are your thoughts regarding wishing and hoping he will have them off so he'll be in diapers only?
