Amy	18+	David	13	He's shy and we have to get him to come out from behind furniture or walls and my friends will talk to him and sometimes rock him. Most of the time, he goes around in just a diaper, so anybody that comes in the house sees him PLUS we take him out in public like that alot too, so he gets seen in public in just his diapers too. But this is who he is since birth, so I don't think he knows what modesty is about. At best, he's barely aware of his surroundings when he's not having a seizure. He has absence seizures - Petit Mal and these seizures are actually labelled atypical because they often last all day long. When he's having a seizure he is completely lost and doesn't respond. We have to take his hand if he's walking and literally guide him everywhere. So David literally does not know any better and we can get by with treating him like a 2 year old in public
