600 Contributed Stories
A new milestone has been achieved. A total of 600 stories are now listed in the Contributed Stories section. Of course there is always a chance that this number may drop, as fluctuations in the story count occur due to the fact that stories "in progress" fall off the page after they go past 180 days without an update. As four stories are due to expire next week and in all likelihood will not see an update beforehand, the count may drop below 600 unless at least four new stories are received in order to offset the projected drop. Still, in the long run the overall count will continue to rise as it has since the inception of this web site.
