Deeker's Message of the Week

Looks like another lean week for stories. One possible reason, however, is that I was having email issues last week and it seems that at least one story (which is updated this week) did not get to me. The other reason, as always, is that I am still getting two-sentence submissions that hardly pass as a "story." Come on, if you need more time, by all means, please take all the time you need to write something worthwhile before you submit it. I'd rather wait for a more developed, if not finished product. Just don't write two sentences and expect me to post it.

For the few stories that are posted, I say thanks to all of you who contributed for your efforts. I'd rather have three good stories than a dozen second-rate stories that require painstaking patience to edit.
