Report Errors | Deeker's Message of the WeekFebruary 27, 2005
Consumer Alert
Earlier this week I attempted to make a purchase from Mediprime, which is a company that you list in your links. I take care of my brother, who's mentally challenged and needs diapers 24/7. When I purchased diapers through Mediprime I had no idea that his nurse had already got a case for him. So I did what any person would do and attempted to cancel my order. First, I e-mailed them and got no response. Second, I called them; all I got was some machine, so I left a message and two days later, nothing. After trying to make numerous attempts to cancel by calling and sending e-mails, I was nothing but ignored. Finally, after dealing with their seemingly lackluster service for over a week, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Los Angeles and results were finally gotten, but I still got ripped off for over 50 bucks. So I ask you to remove their link so no one else gets the runaround from this company, as they obviously could not care less about their customers. If enough people bring to my attention their experiences-- positive or negative-- with various diaper vendors, I may start a ratings survey to measure vendors' quality of service. Please use the email link and let me know what you think of this proposal.
In its second reincarnation, the Teen Survey has received over 1,000 responses. Thanks, everyone, for your participation. Keep 'em coming!
