One of the questions I am often asked is how to become incontinent. For most of these people I assume they are just wanting to do something that only has short- term effects. I usually recommend drinking lots of fluids before going to bed to increase the chances for overnight wetting. For ensuring more poopy accidents, eating foods which are high in fiber work as does taking laxatives. Still, the affects of these methods are usually temporary.
For someone who is truly serious about becoming incontinent on a long-term (i.e. permanent) basis, a contributor who wishes to remain anonymous (for obvious reasons) has offered his expertise on ways to condition your body to undo the toilet training process. The information is given in his article How to Become Incontinent. The article is heavily disclaimered at the beginning and the information provided is only intended for someone who is willing to take the risks and is serious about making changes to the way his body retains its wastes. In short, be aware that you're on your own if you decide to carry out these procedures.
If anyone out there does decide to use these methods and is successful with using them I would like to hear from you. Just send me an e-mail.
