Details of sighting:
It was a short documentary, maybe amateur, of life inside an institution for the mentally retarded. It was shown on a local cable channel, and only 5-10 min. total. We saw boys being herded toward a washroom where their toileting (not shown) was supervised. Then, back in the sleeping area we saw a boy (13-14+), completely naked (but no close-up shots) standing up and being placed in cloth diapers by two female attendants who taped the diapers around his waist with masking tape. There was no reaction from the boy, and we didn't see whether he was put in plastic pants. Other boys were around, but it wasn't clear if they were to be diapered also.

Details of sighting:
I was on vacation traveling and stopped to visit an older cousinwhom I hadn't seen in years and was sitting on her front porch. The boy was playing stoop ball by himself. His mother came out and played with him for about a half hour. She stood on the porch and would throw the ball to him in the street much as you would do for infield practice, throwing it high, low, to one side or the other, bouncing it in front of him. She gave him quite a work out. At first I noticed what I thought was a diaper showing just slightly above his waist, He was wearing tennis shoes, no socks, cut-offs, no shirt. But when his mother started playing with him as he ran, jumped, bent, stretched to catch the ball the pants slipped down a bit and the diaper was evident, sometimes it was a good three inches and then he would pull the pants up, but the diaper would ride up with it so in general it was a good two inches visible for most of the time. At one point he stopped and stood still, his mother smiled to my cousin. Obviously he had to wet. They played some more and then she asked him in a normal voice, but we could hear it, "Are you wet?" He nodded. "Well come in and I'll change you." This was a small depressed town just east of Pittsburgh. My cousin felt sorry for the boy who had developed a wetting problem and been in diapers since May. She said the other kids didn't want to play with him and were mean to him. So he was pretty much alone. His mother would come out and play with him in the morning and again in the afternoon. She was very nice to him, but his father was an abusive drunk and mean to him. He had a sister 12-13 and a brother about 8. One interesting thing the mother diapered him the old way making a triangle and pinning it in the back. That was what first caught my attention, the pin in the back, and made me suspect he was in diapers. The family was poor so she bought material and cut it for diapers which she washed out and hung on a line in the back. The mother seemed to be in her mid 30s. I was on leave and driving halfway across the country stopping with various friends and relatives. I didn't ask too many questions because I did not want to seem obsessed by diapers. However, at my other stops it seemed a natural thing to share and this evocked some annecdotes from the women of their sightings. The husbands generally didn't have anything to add and it was the only sighting I had on the trip.

the boy was wearing zebra shorts he was so heaveleyed diapered the pants formed a cone shape the woman he was with was in her late thirties she was dressed in a black leather skirt and black top she had the child on a leash. A long silver chain about 8 to 10 feet long attached to a harness the boys head was lowered in a submissive way.I will never forget it. I wanted to go over and strike up a conversation but I couldn't

I was at La ronde that day when I heard some crying not to far so I rushed to see what was going on and I see a women just beggining a diaper change on his 8 years old boy I know is age because later I asked for it. (I'm not really shy about it) And the boy was crying she got a pampers size 6 from the diaper bag. and just changed him like if he was not complaining. then make him standing up and closed the snaps of a onesie and putted back is jeans. He has not any mental disorder he is only prematured baby and is bladder where never groing up. (That what is mother said to me) I will always remember that even if I was not having any camera to take a picture

I was walking by someone's yard and I saw a boy getting his diaper changed. They couldn't see me so I watched. He was about 13 and his cloth diaper was poopy. Then after that he and his friend (same age) played and I left.

I was with my mom in Shop Rite and I saw this kid who looked to be atleast 5 years old. He was with a man who i guess was his dad. At first I didnt pay any attention to them. Then I saw that the dad was kelling down infront of the boy. For a second I thought he was tying the boys shoes or something. Then I saw the kid with a huge wet spot on the boys pants and shirt. I heard the father say a bad word and then right there in the store he pulled down the little boys pants. The poor little guys diaper was leaking so badly that his dad had to change him right there. I tried to not be ovious but it didnt matter. Everyone in the store gave the dad dirty looks. I don't think he should have changed the kids diaper in a store but I'm glad he did. It reminded me so much of myself when i was the little boys age. Now i don't feel so stupid! Although I do feel bad for the kid. As the dad spoke more, I found out the kids name was Sean. Sean seemed to be very embarassed. I wonder why he was still wearing diapers. His dad put Huggies 6 in the cart but the boy was definitly wearing Pampers 6.

While in the check out of a local department store, a lady in front of me and her son were checking out.The first I noticed was the boy in the cart.He seem to be mildly mentally handicapped.I also noticed the smell of poop.The boy was making some noise.The mother told the boy to be still, she understood but he would have to wait. At that point I notic her puttting a bag of Pampers size 6 on the counter and some baby wipes.As the cashier rang up the purchase she went to pu the items in the bag. The lady told her not to bother as she was going to be using "those things" very soon.The casher gav a strange look to the boy.Atfer she was done she headed towards the ladies room.Since it was closing time I went out and got in my car.I waited a few minutes as I wasn't really sure of what I had just seen.A few miinutes later the she and th boy came out.She took the bag of Pampers and baby wipes putting them in the trunk.She took the boy of the cart and I could see the back of his diaper as his pants slid down.After straping him in, she got in and drove away.I kind of felt sorry for the boy since he seem to be mentally handicapped, but still wished I was the one in that diaper.

While in a local deartment store I saw what looked like a 5-6 year boy in a shopping being pushed by what I assumed was his father.I noticed in the cart two large packages of pull-ups and some baby wipes.At first I thought the kid may have a bedwetting problem.I went another way but ran into them a moment later this time looking at the little boy and his pants.That's when I was the tell-tell waist band of a pull-up he had on.That explained why there was two packages as I guess he wore them all the time.

I was in a local department store in the chcek out lane. A lady in front of me was purcashing a large package of Pampers size 6 and a pacifier.I tought how lucky that kid must be.As I approached my car I heard some crying for a distance away.As I looked in that direction, I saw the same lady standing outside her car on the driver's side. There was older boy 12-14 standing towards the rear of the car smiling somewhat. The crying was coming from inside the car.As I got in my car, I watch as she opened the package of Pampers and removed one.I couldn't see whowas inside the car. I watched as she opened the diaper, graped the ankles of someone, siding the diaper in place.One thing that caught me was the person being diapered wasn't wearing and shoes or pants.When she was done she moved out of way lifting what I saw was a 6-7 year old boy.She took him out of the driver's side and all he was wearing was the Pamper and a t-shirt, no shoes or pants. At that point I figured this kid had an accident and wet his pants and shoes. She opened the back car door.She bunckled him and then gave him a pacifier and shut the door.She said something to the older boy and he got in the passenger side, and they drove away.To this day I still find this event VERY hard to forget.

We were in the Burger King of the rest stop, and the boy was VERY obviously diapered, with it sticking up over his plaid elastic waisted pants. As we were leaving, he crouched down in the lobby area and was obviously pooping his diapers, and his father was taking him into the bathroom as we left.
