		Masturbation was rarely discussed. I remember the first time I used the phrase "jerk off" when I was 13. 		My father could be vulgar at times. As I got older he sometimes was impatient with me when I messed myself and although he knew I couldn't help it, he sometimes was vulgar (but not really angry) about it.
