DiaperDon 36 The first time I wore for several days in a row, I got a rash because I wasn't being careful to avoid it. I was just wearing wet diapers too long, and not cleaning/drying enough between changes.
Greg 30 I have had diaper rashes, many times, where it hurt to wear a diaper. I often get rashes between my legs where my diaper fits tightly to prevent a leak. The diaper then rubs on the rash area when I walk. I can't stop wearing diapers to recover because I have become incontinent from wearing diaper for too many years.

jamie (babysitter writes) 6 last weekend my parents went away and i had to stay with my 15 year old babysitter Brooke. almost evry time she babysits me she diapers me and babies me for fun. so i said bye to my parents and Brooke carried me up into her room where as i expected a pack of huggies on her bed. as she laid me down i noticed somthing different about the huggies pack. it said huggies ultrathick. i asked her about it and she said that her aunt works for huggies and she made a special pack for her. the huggies were twice as thick, twice as bulky and twice as stretchy (for double diapering). she knelt down infront of me and put a diaper under me, as she placed me on the diaper i could tell they were way thicker. then she powdered me but no lotion and pulled the front of the diaper between my legs and over my tummy and did the tapes. the diaper felt so bulky that it felt like 2 diapers. then she grabed 4 more huggies and padded me up good. the 5 diapers were so thick and bulky between my legs i needed help getting up but not before Brooke placed a pacifier in my mouth. so she babied me all day and i peed twice before she changed me. and all the bulky huggies bunched up between my legs as i waddled around gave me a small rash but it wasnt until i pooped that it got bad, i had to lie in a baby carriage in 5 double thick diapers between my legs and poop and pee in them because Brooke couldnt change me cause she was too busy. and when she finally did change me it hurt so bad that i cried but brooke held me in her lap alnight while i slept it made me feel so much better cause i love it when she cuddles me like that.
Collin 15 When I was 11 my family went on a 2 week camping trip in the Rockies. I wet 24/7 then and I wore a wet diaper most of the time. I had serious diaper rash like for weeks. I went to the doctor and got a medicine for it and she told my mom to let me sleep and go naked in the house to let the air treat it.

DiaperDon 36 If I am wearing for multiple days, I use rash cream and be sure to thoroughly clean myself and get dry during changes. It doesn't seem to be an issue if I am just wearing for one day.
Jimmy 59 After every shower I apply Johnson's Baby Lotion around my entire diaper area and Vaseline Petroleum Jelly around my anal area.

I get diaper rash less often using disposable diapers. I prefer Molicare, for no overwhelming reason, but they work well for me.

Collin 15 Babysitters are the ones who cause the worse problems. Like I had this guy who was my sitter and he never would change me even if I was wet and poopy. I think he liked to keep me in wet and poopy diapers. Then my little sister changes me sometimes she wont rub baby oil or powder me specially around my dick and balls. Now she does it cause I think she likes to get me hard.
