This was a family picnic. Travis was playing with the other cousins 4 to 12 when Bryan (age 11) came over to Travis' mother, Cathy, with whom I was talking, He resisted at first but after several calls, each in a more serious voice, he came over to his mom. His pants were very wet, all the way down the leg. Some His mom said, "You wet your pants again! You know better than that. Your not a baby any more. I did not bring any clean pants for you." She then turned to a and asked if she could borrow a diaper. Julie looked in her diaper bag and pulled out a Huggies size 6, some wipes and a plastic bag for Travis� wet clothes over to a near by picnic table. As soon as Cathy lifted Travis on to the table, he laid back and lifted his legs. Cathy pushed his t-shirt up, removed his s print on them. She unfolded the diaper and put it under Travis. The way Travis kept his hands above his head and raised his legs, it was clear that he was fasten the diaper, I heard say �you are getting too old for diapers.� She then had Travis sit up while she put his tennis shoes back on and then lifted him the top of the diaper. You could still see the printed waist band. The diaper fit well and did not look too small. Cathy pointed Travis back to the group of and gave him a pat on the bottom signaling him it was time to go back and play. Travis ran off and resumed playing.

Cathy said that Travis had lots of accidents and that she usually carried dry clothes for him. She also said he still wears diapers regularly at night.

Bryan turned Travis in. Travis resisted being pulled away from play to be changed, but seemed to have the diaper routine down well. I think he get diaper

How has this boy been punished for past violations of using the toilet/bathroom? Who was involved and what did these people do?

It is my understanding that he is often put in a diaper after an accident. Sometimes he is put in a diaper before and outing just to be safe.

I think Travis should have been diapered before the picnic to avoid the embarrassment of an accident.

Travis seem to be very comfortable in a diaper.
