Ask Deeker a Question
[Skip intro]
If you have ever wanted to ask me something but were afraid of doing so or had other reasons not to ask in an email, here is your chance! I am open to answering a variety of questions (including off-topic). The lists below are suggestions but are not necessarily limitations on the scope of questions I will answer (or will not answer).
Diaper-related questions may include:
- My feelings about diapers
- My history and experiences with diapers/multiple underpants
- My feelings about boys vs. girls and their roles where diapers are concerned
- People I have met and/or emailed
- Questions about the web site
- Advice (my expertise may limit me here)
- A Question of the Week you would like to have seen my answer on.
Semi-related topics include:
- Underwear (especially tighty whities)
- Sexuality (e.g. masturbation, dealing with puberty)
- Nudity/modesty
- Childhood perceptions and ideas around sexuality, nudity, bodily functions, gender identity, etc. while growing up
Off-topic questions may include:
- Music, movies, pop culture in general
- School
- Work
- Pets (especially cats)
- Food
- Leisurely activities
- Places I have been
- Things I think about
- Universal gripes (e.g. bad drivers, telemarketers)
- Everyday matters
Please do not ask me questions pertaining to:
- Politics
- Religion
- Other worldly matters (e.g. war, terrorism, foreign policy)
- Sports (I have no interest in this area)
- Highly controversial affairs (e.g. abortion)
- Questions that are critical of or insulting towards me and/or the web site
- Questions you could just as easily have answered for yourself via Google or Wikipedia
- Questions that would require me to divulge private information about myself or others
Some other points to consider before submitting questions:
- If you are asking me about recommending a particular diaper, keep in mind that I wear cloth diapers and don't have much if any experience with the various disposable brands on the market. Please consult the Diaper Ratings page for the most helpful information.
- If you are asking me about how to approach your parents or dealing with your parents' objections to you wearing diapers, while it is helpful to give me as much background information as possible, keep the following in mind:
- I don't know you or your parents/family, so without knowing what kind of people they are (liberal or conservative, religious or athiest/agnostic, permissive or strict, etc.) this leaves me little to go on.
- I don't know where you live (not that I need to know other than if you live in a city, suburb, small town or way out in the country or somewhere in B.F.E.), and I don't know how convenient or accessible diapers are to you.
- I don't know if and when you have any opportunities to sneak diapers into the house when nobody is home.
- I don't know what places you have to hide your diapers.
- Unless you indicate otherwise, I have no idea if you have any brothers or sisters, and if so, how much their presence will affect your ability to get diapers.
My point here is, don't just ask, "How can I get my parents to let me wear diapers?" The above items are but a few of many more possible examples of the information that I need to make a somewhat reasonable assessment of your situation, so please include these details if you must ask me for advice on getting your parents' approval to let you wear diapers. Just keep in mind that even if you do provide me with a thoroughly detailed account of what your parents and siblings are like, what your family/home life is like, how easily you can obtain diapers, etc. I will still have to rely on certain assumptions and guesses outside of any information provided to me and therefore I can make no assurances that anything I might advise is going to work for you.
- IMPORTANT!!! Please make sure your question is complete and will make sense to an uniniated person (that would be me) and include all pertinent facts and other details so as to minimize my reliance on having to make assumptions and guesses regarding the nature and the context of your questions. Before submitting, read your questions over carefully and ask yourself, "Would these questions make sense to me if this was all I had to go on?"
While I will not reply via email, I will post selected responses to the questions I deem to be worthy of my time to answer and would be of interest to the general readership. Responses will be posted the following Sunday.
