THE CHAOS WARRIORS Synopsis: This story is pure fiction. It involves three kids middle school aged who possess super powers, which they must use to battle the forces of evil. When they are not fighting evil, they are usually fighting the tribulations of everyday life. The leader of the three, Michael, befriends a boy named Dwight, who has a problem with pants wetting, and faces ridicule by teachers and other classmates. Even though his mother sympathizes with his situation, she is considering putting him in diapers until they can figure out a way for him to get over his problem. He is reluctant, and as he is considering this, Geon, commander of Emperor Aiken's army, hatches a plot to drain the energy of adults by reducing them to infants in order to give the Negaforce enough power to conquer the Universe. In the process Dwight is captured by Geon's new minion the Keeper. Geon's plan is ruined. Dwight is restored to normal and later decides that maybe diapers would be better than facing the embarrassment of wetting his pants constantly. His confidence is boosted as well as he learns that no matter what, Michael will be at his side. Episode One- Act Your Age Mrs. Yitters struck again. It wasn't that she was a bad teacher, it was more like all of her students came from the reject pile that nobody else wanted. The students had come to know Mrs. Yitters' math class as Survival Training 101, mainly because the kids that got sent there were mostly troubled. Some of them had been sent to this school after being transferred from another school for fighting, vandalism, or drug smuggling. Other kids were resource room students just trying to make it through the eighth grade. Fourteen-year-old Michael on the other hand, was a foster child. He and his sister were taken out of their home after a neighbor reported that their father and mother were neglecting them, which was true to a degree. And after an incident involving spousal abuse the parents were completely separated from Mike and Kimberly. A nice couple who desperately wanted children adopted Mike and Kimberly a year ago, and since then life had been above all good. Except of course for the fact that being a foster child automatically made Mike a bad guy, and thus he was placed in Mrs. Yitters' class for delinquents. Michael was a black belt in Tae Kwondoe and kick boxing so he didn't lack the skills to survive in a class like this. And most of the younger students admired him for the way he stuck up for them. Mrs. Yitters and the other teachers liked him because he was a good student and was readily compassionate towards others who were struggling, even if they didn't return it. Which was why when Dwight Haskins came to school three weeks ago, it was no surprise to see Michael introducing himself and befriending him instantly. Dwight was another kid who ended up getting the bad half of the pie. He never had a criminal record, was a good student overall, but had a small bladder control problem. Mostly his problem came from the anticipation of having to urinate when there was no bathroom around, or in the case of Monday's math class, when the teacher became fed up and banned the use of the hall pass for that class. "Mrs. Yitters," Dwight raised his hand in obvious distress. "Yes, Dwight," Mrs. Yitters replied looking up from her deskwork. "May I please go to the bathroom?" He asked with as much dignity as possible. "I'm sorry, Dwight, but I can't let you go when I have banned the others," Mrs. Yitters replied, not showing the slightest bit of pity. "You'll just have to hold it until after class." The class, the half that actually cared what happened with their future, had been working on pages five and six of multiple fractions. Others were busy gossiping and making bets on how long it would take for Dwight to pee his pants again. It was impossible for Dwight to concentrate on math when the stinging urge to go was increasing in his bladder. It was even harder for Michael, who sat next to him, to concentrate on his work when he was busy feeling sorry for Dwight's situation. Dwight's legs were crossed so tight that they almost lost their blood circulation. As the clock slowly dragged along the minutes, the pressure got more and more painful. This time he had his hands pressed against his crotch and his eyes closed as if praying for better control. Mike who had pants wetting problems himself when he was five, did his best to try and get Dwight through it. "Half hour to go," he whispered, patting Dwight on the shoulder to try and reassure him. "Don't wiggle around, it'll only make it worse." Dwight nodded and responded with near teary eyes. His mouth was shut tight as if fearing that a slight motion would do it. Mike knew that deep inside Mrs. Yitters wanted to let Dwight go to the bathroom. She wasn't cruel compared to some of the teachers half her age, but she had been reprimanded before by the school board for punishing some kids and "favoring" others. He wished there were more he could do. But as his guardian cat Andromeda would have said, sometimes the only way to deal with a tornado was by facing it rather than running from it. Dwight had done that many times. When the pain had gotten too strong he just let it go and dealt with the hailstorm of ridicule from anyone who had two cents to add. It didn't look like he would have a choice today, either. The minutes took hours to pass, it seemed, and Dwight continued to sweat. An angry glare from Mike kept everyone's eyes averted. Almost five minutes before the period ended Dwight lost it completely. At first it was a light sprinkle, which he tried to hold back, but was rewarded with a sharp stabbing pain in his side. "Oh, no," he cried. "Here it comes," Some kid said. Dwight began to cry as the warm stream spread through out his underwear and pants. The stream ran down his right leg and a puddle began to form on the floor. It seemed to take the last five minutes for his bladder to get rid of every last drop. His pants were completely soaked now, and so was his face as the tears ran. "Michael, could you escort Dwight to the nurse please?" Mrs. Yitters asked doing her level best not to make a huge fuss over it. She wrote out the pass as the other students began to protest. "Why does he get to leave class?" "Yeah, babies shouldn't come to class anyway." "Shut up!" Mike snapped effectively. "I think Mikey just gets off when Dwight over there pisses," a guy named Cotter remarked getting a few laughs from the kids who didn't know better. "Mike," Mrs. Yitters spoke up as he got out of his seat ready to pound Cotter's face in. "Here's the pass. Ask the nurse to give you a pass to class if you're late." Dwight was half paralyzed with embarrassment. Michael helped him out of his seat and guided him to the nurse's office two floors below his. Mrs. Yitters called a janitor over the intercom as they left the room. "Come on, we'll take the elevator," Mike told Dwight casually. "Fewer people will see you this way." Mike guided Dwight to the elevator at the end of the second corridor. Normally only students with physical disabilities were allowed to use it. Mike didn't care. At that moment his friend's self-esteem was the important factor. He could face a Saturday detention. Next to fighting energy-sucking demons it was like an hour vacation. Some pee was still dripping from Dwight's pants and the smell lingered as the elevator ascended the floors. He stared off into space, ashamed by the incident. "I'm such a moron," Dwight finally said after a long silence. "No, you're not a moron at all," Michael tried to console him. "There was nothing you could do to avoid the situation. I've wet my pants before, too. You can't let it get to you." "Thank you for being such a good friend, Mike." Michael was surprised by the sudden change in subject. But he didn't protest it. "It's no problem." "I like the way you and your other friends stick up for me," He continued. "I've been new to three schools so far and I've never had a single friend because I pee in my pants. I always had to find different ways to school and back because of bullies. But you, Terry, Eugene, made friends with me right away. Why?" "I saw that you needed a friend," Michael answered honestly. "No reason other than that. I know what it's like to be all alone for such a long time. Being the only one to battle of the demons, and all of a sudden you have friends that are there to fight with you, not because they have to, but because they don't want to see you lose. And even if you do lose they'll be with you till the end, no matter what." Mike was explaining the relationship with his friends, and it worked on Dwight. When they got to the nurse's office, Mrs. Englewood told Dwight to take off his wet clothes and wait in the bathroom. Michael opted to get his backup pair of jeans and underwear from Dwight's locker, and then was given a pass back to class. Emperor Aiken sat upon his throne and gazed into the staff, which allowed him to see anything, he requested. The universe was at his disposal. Unfortunately the Negaverse had need for him here, so instead he required his commanders and allies to carry out the primary order of his mission. To gather enough energy to release the Negaforce upon the universe and end the thousand years of suffering endured by his people. "Geon, report!" He called out. Geon, the commander in charge of obtaining the energy had been disappointing the emperor with his failures. He appeared before the emperor and bowed. "Emperor Aiken," He began. "I have a plan for gaining the energy we need which will not fail this time." "That's what you said about your last plan, Geon," Aiken reminded him. "And no thanks to you, we now have three Chaos Warriors to worry about. Warrior Earth, Warrior North Star, and Warrior Zeus. I promise you, Geon, I will not tolerate another failure. Explain this new plan." Geon held out his hand and generated a mental image of a maternity ward. Human infants lay in cribs crying, sleeping, and being fed. "Humans exert much more energy when being cared for. This energy is used by manipulating others into feeding and cleaning them. By reducing the population to an infant stage we can extract their energy which will then be able to unleash the Negaforce!" Emperor Aiken nodded. "Very well. You may proceed with the plan," he approved. "But I promise you, Geon, this will be your last chance. If you fail, you will be punished." "Yes, My lord." Geon teleported to the center stone of the Negaverse and held out his hand to summon the ally to pull of the job. "I SUMMON THE KEEPER!" He yelled out as the stone began to glow from his exerting energy. Mike and Eugene walked with Dwight to his house. He was wearing dry pants and underwear and was feeling a bit better with his friends at his side. When he got home, he said good bye and walked into the house. Already he knew his mother had gotten the phone call. "Honey, could you please come in to the kitchen?" she called. Dwight's mother was a very nice lady. Since his dad died at the age of seven it was always just he and mom. Of course one of the reasons why they had to move some much was because she had a hard time finding a job she could keep. It wasn't that she was bad with work, but she worried about Dwight a lot. Dwight put his book bag on the floor next to the counter and sat across from his mother. There was a plate of cookies and a glass of milk waiting for him as always, and his mom didn't seem to be upset at all about his accident at school. "I'm sorry, mom," he said anyway. "I didn't want to have an accident. I tried to hold it, but the teacher couldn't let me go, and--" Dwight's mother put a comforting hand on his shoulder. "Honey, you don't have to explain to me," she said calmly. "It was something that was out of your control. You couldn't help it. And that's okay. But we do have to help you get over this." Dwight's appetite for cookies and milk was absent at the moment as his headache slowly began to roll in. "Now, you have to understand that some people have to do this when they can't control their bladders, and they're just as normal as anyone," His mother continued. "Now, we can talk it over before we decide anything, but how would you feel about wearing diapers?" "What!" Dwight responded eyes wide. "I'm not a baby." "I know you aren't. But you can't keep wetting your pants in school, either. It costs money to have to keep cleaning your clothes, and you can't concentrate on your schoolwork when you have to leave the room to be changed. At least with diapers, you would be comfortable, and you would have more privacy because no one else would know you are wearing them. I have to go to work now, but we'll talk about this later, okay." It wasn't okay. But what could he do? Dwight's mother kissed him and hugged him tightly and then left him alone with his thoughts. He decided after he ate he would take a walk down to the drugstore to look at the diapers himself. Geon appeared on the top of a skyscraper and looked down upon the city of Albany. A thousand times over he had been here watching and waiting for his chance. And if he failed this time, he would no longer have that chance. If the Chaos Warriors interfere this time, they will be destroyed. He thought as he floated above the city. "Keeper, work your power," He called. Darkness fell upon the city again. Evil clouds brewed and released powerful bolts of lighting. The Keeper cast his spell causing the humans to regress mentally in age. Vehicles stopped suddenly as men, women, and children began to cry and call to their mommies and daddies. People who had been waiting to use the bathroom began peeing and pooping where they stood. Geon's plan was working so far. He held out his hand and began to absorb the energy that was now being expanded. Michael had been playing Smash Brothers with Eugene when something began feeling terribly wrong. "Mike, something's wrong," Eugene commented putting down his controller. "You feeling okay?" Mike asked as Eugene put his hand over his stomach. "Yeah," Eugene answered uncertainly. "I just got this wicked vibe." Michael was about to respond when he heard a scratch at his bedroom door. He opened it to find Andromeda bursting in and jumping up on to the bed. Andromeda was not a normal cat. Though she walked on four legs and occasionally meowed, Andromeda could talk, and she had special powers given to her thousands of years ago when she was given her mission to recall the Warriors. "Michael! Eugene!" She cried urgently. "Your parents are acting strangely. I suspect the Negaverse is behind this." Mike turned off his N64 and ran out to the living room where his father was crawling around on the floor like a five-month-old baby. In Mom's office near her desk, a grown up woman was squatting and pooping in her panties-and laughing about it! Eugene and Andromeda followed them outside. "Look at them." Eugene exclaimed. "They're like babies. I need to call my parents." As Eugene went to use the kitchen phone Michael spoke with Andromeda. "What could the Negaverse be doing to them?" He asked. Andromeda looked up at him with a shockingly human expression of intelligence. Mike was used to seeing it by now. "It must be another attempt to gather energy." she responded. "What is it with this need for energy? Why can't they just have a glass of ginseng and orange juice like we do?" Andromeda lowered her head and sighed. "Michael, try to focus on the situation." She looked at him seriously this time. "The Negaverse depends on human energy to thrive. If they ever get enough they will be able to launch an all-out attack on our world and our universe as we know it will be destroyed." Eugene hung up the phone and joined the conversation. "No one is answering," he said worried. "But we're still okay." Michael observed. "So long as you carry your activators you will be protected from the Negaverse's spells," Andromeda told him. "Now, both of you, transform." "What about Terry?" "I'll try to find him." Mike and Eugene took their activators out from their pockets and held them out. "Earth, Crystal, Power!" Mike called out. The activator released powerful energy that enshrouded him in a blue and green ball of light. In place of his civilian clothes, a smooth black cloak appeared along with tight black pants for flexibility. Polished shoes appeared in the place of his Nikes. Michael was now Warrior Earth. "North Star, Power!" Eugene cried. Like a shooting star the red energy circled him twelve times with each pass it replaced his clothes with an orange-gold robe and yellow shoes. A dress shirt with star symbols along the lining appeared in the place of his white T-shirt. Eugene had become Warrior North Star. Just as Dwight was about to walk into the drugstore an odd feeling came across him. It soon felt as though his stomach was filling up with invisible food. Suddenly as it had been full a sudden pressure on Dwight's anus as he clamped it shut. All around him adults and other kids had begun acting like babies, crawling around on their hands and knees, peeing and pooping themselves. Cars crashed into each other as drivers forgot how to drive. Even though Dwight did feel concern for the sudden change of events, he did have his own problem to deal with. It felt like someone was putting stuff into his stomach which was quickly making its way to his colon. Dwight got so desperate to hold it back that he went as far as to put his hands on his butt the way he did when he was about to have a peeing accident. And of course, as his luck worked, the movement he made to keep from pooping his pants allowed his new coming pee to jet stream out into his pants. There was no end to it. Usually it took about a minute at the most to stop pee, but this time Dwight was peeing continually, and it didn't feel like he was about to stop. His bowels continued to build up in pressure as a large puddle formed at his feet. He wanted to just take his pants down and let it run on the sidewalk instead, but then he knew at least someone with an once of sanity would see him and make him feel sorry for doing it. Sweat built up as he tried to hold back the poop. He knew there was no way to stop the pee. He was use to peeing in his pants. But he had always made it to the toilet when he had too poop. How desperately Dwight wished there was a toilet right now. "Please no, please, please, please, please no," He sobbed as he felt the first poop squeeze out against his control. It didn't matter what he did, to keep it from coming, it just kept pushing it's way past his anus and soon it met resistance with his flooded underwear. Dwight was totally crying this time. He felt his hands get pushed back as the bulge formed in his pants. The whole log forced itself out this time, causing Dwight to lean in order to ease the discomfort. He expected it to fully empty. But like the pee, one long log of poop was forcing itself out. His underwear wouldn't be able to hold much more. It began spreading and squishing through the leg holes of his underwear. Pieces of poop broke off and fell down his leg. Finally not caring who was watching, Dwight undid the zipper of his pants and took them down. The poop sagged into the bottom of his soggy yellow underwear and mixed with the pee. The smell was unbearable. A larger log of the poop had been sticking out of his left leg hole ready to break off. Dwight began to take his underwear down to squat when he heard a cackling voice. Turning around as best as possible without squishing the poop Dwight was frightened when he saw a monster standing in front on of him. His underwear down Dwight fell back in shock and tried to run to the drugstore, which was hard because of the never ending poop and pee coming out. A pile of broken poop was forming on the ground. The monster stood at full height and resembled the Grim Reaper in the way that it had a large ragged robe over its body. Its feet were like chicken's feet and his arms and hands were made of thick scaly bones. His head looked like a yellow crocodile with blood red eyes. In its left hand it was carrying a large hourglass. The hourglass was glowing a blackish white color. "Please," Dwight cried to the monster when he stopped trying to crawl and just lay there flooding and messing the sidewalk. His embarrassment was complete because his penis and buttocks were exposed to anyone who wanted to look at them. He kept his legs spread like a woman having a baby as he tried to push the poop out. "Please, I don't know what I did wrong. But please make me stop pooping and peeing. I'll do anything." "I'm sorry. My Emperor would not approve of me letting precious energy go to waste." The monster roared with laughter at his pun. "UNNGH!" Dwight got red trying to push the poop completely out but then gave up realizing that it wasn't going to work. That poop was coming out whether he liked it or not. It was time to just accept it, and try to deal with the more important issue, his life. "It will be a mystery to us why you did not fall completely under the spell," The monster continued to speak. He held his hourglass out towards Dwight and said, "Oh well, Geon asked me to obtain a hostage. You will do nicely." The center of the hourglass glowed and a beam of dark energy lanced forth and pulled Dwight in. Geon watched as the Keeper gathered the hostage, and also watched as a large sphere of energy gathered from the demanding infants. Never had he gathered so much with the previous missions. If it weren't for the interference of the Chaos Warriors on so many occasions he might have come up with this plan a long time ago. As far as he and his instructors were concerned, Geon was a high-class warrior with exceptional talent. He had passed all training courses with flying colors and creatures from across the Negaverse adored him as a member of Emperor Aiken's great army. It was the Warriors that did it. First the arrival of Warrior Earth, and then Warrior North Star. Soon Zeus joined them and the battle had turned. The three combined proved to be too much for him, and now he would pay for it-if his plan didn't work. Dwight was no longer on Earth. He floated in this strange dimension looking out on everything the monster chose to show him. He still pooped and peed constantly, but his pants and underwear were still down at his ankles, which was sort of a good thing except that they were already pretty dirty and wet. Maybe mom was right. Wearing diapers wouldn't be so bad. After all, there were a lot of worse ways to end up. He would still have his friends, they would never leave his side. Or would they? Would Mike stop sticking up for Dwight if he began wearing diapers to school? Would Eugene stop inviting him over to play MechWarrior, would Terry, stop asking for help in math and Spanish? He would have to ask them later on, before he made his decision... if he was around to make his decision. A flash of blinding white light followed by two familiar voices suddenly surprised the Keeper. "I am Warrior Earth-," One said. "And I am Warrior North Star-," The other said. "In the name of the righteous, we will punish you." They both said in unison. When the flash cleared up the two Chaos Warriors were standing in front of the human medical establishment. The Keeper held out the hourglass. "A bargain must be made, if you want this innocent human to live." He threatened. Michael and Eugene stood strong, both ready to attack at a moment's notice. It would be difficult with a hostage inside the hourglass, and even more difficult attempting to dissuade the bargain that this Negaverse monster had in mind. "Can you see any weaknesses, North Star?" Mike asked, knowing that Eugene's powers gave him psychic capabilities in both warrior and civilian life. Eugene focused on the monster. In the name of the North Star, help me to see this monster's weaknesses so that we can defeat it and prevent it from doing harm to others. He concentrated the energies. "The hourglass seems to contain his power. If we destroy it he'll become weak." "Can we do it without killing the hostage?" "Right now his body is pure energy, it will revert to solid form when the glass is broken. He won't be hurt." Having all he needed to know, Mike leaped into the air and prepared a fly kick right to the hourglass. Reacting instantly the monster swung his left arm out of the way and grabbed Mike's leg with his right hand causing him to drop and hang upside down in the air. The monster then tossed him into Eugene and they both slammed to the sidewalk. The two lay on the ground in pain as they tried to recover. Geon teleported and appeared next to the Keeper. This was the moment he had been awaiting. "Shall I finish them off?" The Keeper asked readying his hourglass. "No." Geon held up his hand. "I want this pleasure." Geon focused and created a ball of flame in his hand. As he prepared to throw it a lightening bolt streaked across his wrist sending him falling to the ground in pain. He grabbed his wrist and screamed in pain as the burn mark settled in. Looking up at the top of the building he could see the Zeus Warrior, with his white toga blowing in the tempest. "Zeus, Thunder bolt!" Terry cried out and held out his hands to Geon and the new monster. His toga generated the lightening which conducted harmlessly through his arms and projected outward. The monster and Geon were scared and stunned. Geon did his usual disappearing act and left his minion to suffer. Terry did sailed through the air as he did a jump kick off the building, and landed it directly at the hourglass. The monster lost his grip and the glass hit the sidewalk shattering. Dark energy released like air from a balloon. The hostage that had been taken earlier appeared on the sidewalk unconscious. Terry recognized him as Dwight, a friend from school. His pants and underwear were down and his legs and buttocks were dirty from poop. Mike regained his strength and took the golden dagger from his belt. He then pointed it at the weakened monster. "Golden Dagger, destroy!" He commanded it. The dagger glowed and released its energy. "Noooo!" The monster screamed as it dissolved into nothingness. People began to return to normal. Some were injured by car accidents but not severely. Ambulances arrived to provide medical attention. They seemed to have very minimal memory of what had happened, and some wondered about the accounts of the poop and pee in their pants and dresses. Mike, Eugene, and Terry, took Dwight and got him back home leaving the civilians to draw their own conclusions. The energy was lost, the Chaos Warriors left triumphant, and Geon was injured and shivering. Emperor Aiken stood before him in his throne room. "Seriously Geon, I don't know why you came back." He began sarcastically. "Not only have you lost a valuable amount of energy, but you also cost me a great ally in the Keeper." "Emperor Aiken please," Geon protested nursing his injured arm. "I was wounded. I had two of the warriors in my grasp they are not invincible--" "You forget your place, Geon," Aiken interrupted in a calm tone that would have been torture enough. "You'll speak when I give you permission. Now, wait here while I decide your punishment." With that Emperor Aiken left to reside in his personal chambers. Geon clenched the fist of his wounded hand and grimaced angrily. "You will pay warriors. I promise you, if I survive, I will make you suffer," He thought. Michael filled the bathroom tub with an inch of water and helped Dwight to take off his clothes. He then helped him into the tub. They were in Dwight's house now. His mother hadn't gotten home yet and it was getting late. Mike had called his parents (Thank God they had returned back to normal) and told them that he would be waiting with Dwight so he wouldn't be alone. He didn't get too detailed. "Rest on your hands and your knees. It'll be easier to clean your legs and wipe your butt," Mike instructed. He took a warm wash cloth and cleaned the stains on Dwight's legs and waist. Then he took paper towels and began wiping the worst of the poop from his butt. As Dwight felt the soft paper being pushed from the front to the back, he remembered how he was four when someone last took care of him that way. It made him confident that Mike would be on his side no matter what. "Thank you for helping me." He told Mike. He was still coming out of the small shock that resided from dematerializing from another dimension-- what else could it be called? "How did you get so good at this?" Mike shrugged as he made another wipe and then padded the butt area with some water. There was no ointment for the rash so warm water was the next best thing he could use to ease the pain. Then he asked Dwight to lie down on his back. "I had to help toilet train my cousins once. There was a lot of this involved," he answered finally as he used another wash cloth with body soap to clean the stains around Dwight's penis and testicles. "I just look at you as someone who needs help at the moment, not as a kid who pooped in his pants. Besides, it wasn't your fault." Dwight couldn't help but watch as Michael gently cleaned his testicles. As a consequence he got a bit of an erection. His face became red but Mike was still cool about it. "Can I ask you a question?" Dwight asked casually as he put his hands behind his head to keep it comfortable in the tub. "You already did," Mike joked. "Go ahead." "Would you and the others stop hanging around with me if I wore diapers? Like, would you think I was a dork after I started?" "No," Mike answered honestly helping Dwight up to his feet and getting the shower ready. "Because we don't back out on each other, and we certainly won't back out on you. Where do you keep your night clothes?" "In the bottom drawer of my dresser," Dwight answered, turning on the shower himself. "I'll bring you a change of clothes and then we'll watch TV until your mom comes home." "But what if she doesn't?" But Mike was already out of the bathroom and off to Dwight's room. Dwight decided not to think about the alternative and cleaned himself up good in the shower. Then he got changed into the fresh clothes that Mike had gotten for him, and they spent the next half- hour watching an old Friends rerun. When Dwight's mother came through the door he jumped to his feet and tackled her with a hug. Michael turned off the TV and stood up to stretch. "Oh honey, I'm so glad you're safe." She returned the hug shaking. "It was a disaster all over the city. I woke up at work and I had messed in my pants, I don't know. Hi Mike." "Hi Mrs. Haskins, are you okay?" He asked sincerely. "I am, now that I know Dwight is okay. But why did you come here on a school night?" Mike shrugged. "With all that was going on I didn't want Dwight to be alone so I came over to keep him company." "That's very sweet of you," Dwight's mother replied smiling as she finally let Dwight go from her grip. "I'd offer you a ride home but my car was totaled by a truck driver." Mike said it was okay and goodnight as he left for home. Dwight took his mom into the kitchen to tell her about his decision. THE CHAOS WARRIORS Episode Two- Bad Guys One: Warriors, One More In the dark throne room of Emperor Aiken Geon awaited the nature of his punishment. He would not beg, he would not plead for another chance. He would act as he was always instructed, with dignity and restraint. Besides, it wouldn't do him any good one way or the other. Burn marks from Warrior Zeus' thunderbolts covered half of his body. Aiken appeared on his throne calm and collected. There was a long torturous silence throughout the throne room. Loyal subjects were gathered in the background awaiting the fate of the commander. "I have decided to give you one last chance." He spoke finally, his voice echoing against the formless walls. Aiken summoned his staff and called for an image of Geon's previous plan. The point in time was of a young boy, the hostage that had been taken by the Keeper a week ago. He was suspended in the hourglass half naked and releasing powerful energies. "This boy was not under your spell when you attacked the city last." Aiken explained. "A powerful flux generated from him as we drained a small portion of his energy. This flux is similar to the energy given off by the Chaos Warriors." Geon waited for Aiken to continue and pondered the meaning of this information. This meant that the Warriors truly were humans, but not humans originally born in this lifetime. Something that lingered from the past tried resurfacing in his mind, but it was extinguished as Aiken returned to the point. "You have one last chance to finish the Warriors off once and for all, and, destroy this boy as well. If you fail, the punishment will be Eternal Sleep." Gasps from the crowd echoed throughout the room. "I do wish you success Geon," Aiken continued. "Eternal Sleep is condemnation to a life time of isolation and darkness. No go, and don't fail me." Geon bowed and teleported back to Earth. "Of all the cats in the world I get the one who acts like my mother," Michael muttered as he sat at his desk Thursday night and did his Social Sciences homework. "A Chaos Warrior cannot do much for the world when he is held back now can he?" Andromeda preached while resting on the foot of Michael's bed. "And especially as a leader of the warriors you must set a good example." "Can't you just attack my big toe like normal annoying cats?" He shot back. "I haven't time to argue this. We have to discuss-" "Chaos Warriors!" A voice from outside empowered all other noises in the city. Thankful for a release from the books Michael ran to the window and looked outside. Andromeda was up on the windowsill looking at the transparent image of Geon looking over the city. He appeared furious and determined. "Chaos Warriors, come to Empire State Plaza in your true forms this time tomorrow tonight or all of Albany will be swallowed by my fire! And bring the one whom you rescued from captivity." Geon opened his mouth and spit a ball of fire on to Albany. The city blazed for a second and it looked so real that Mike and Andromeda jumped back in fear. The fire disappeared along with Geon's image leaving a bewildered city, and an anticipating warrior. It was in every morning paper, and on every radio and television broadcast. Our Lady of Peace Catholic middle school raved that this was a sign of the Devil coming to gain followers before the oncoming of Jesus. Terry knew otherwise. He envied Eugene and Michael. They went to the same public school together where they could help to keep order from the maniacal people. Here however, once people had their minds set on something it was the way it was period. "In light of this event," Reverend Matthews said at gospel. "We shall all go to Empire State Plasma to pray against this evil and save our souls from Satan's hot vats." Terry had to bite his tongue in order to keep from shouting out that this whole thing was a trap meant for the Chaos Warriors, not them. But speaking out during sermon was five whole switches after school, and Terry needed his spine strength. Michael was having similar troubles that day. As Andromeda suggested he tried to squelch the rumors about what was happening up at Empire State Plaza with out letting on that he knew too much. His third period class was busy discussing the various possibilities. "I think it's just some crappy video projection." One girl said. "Or maybe it's terrorists trying to take over the US." "You're all crazy." A guy spoke up. "This is obviously a message from extraterrestrial forces. They're upset because we're destroying our planet." "So who's going to go check it out tomorrow night?" "NO!" Mike finally shouted silencing everyone. He never usually yelled which worried some people. In a calmer voice he stood up and said, "It's not safe out there. Besides, why would you want to spend your Friday night out at the Plaza, there are better places in Albany to hang out." Mr. Greystone, the science teacher for that class walked over to Mike's table. "This isn't like you Mike, do you want to visit the nurse?" He asked. "What do you mean this isn't like me?" Mike retorted. "Well, you're so serious all of a sudden. You're usually pretty laid back." Mike turned away and sat down. Trying to account for his behavior he merely replied, "I just don't want anyone getting hurt for stupid reasons. This could be some sick person's idea of a joke, or it could be.well, just bad." Mr. Greystone nodded and turned to the rest of the class. "As a matter of fact he has a point. " He told them. "I too have my concerns about this and I'd hate to see one of you ending up in the paper's obituaries. Or worse, the missing children's column." Dwight was in the nurse's office changing his diaper. What was surprising was that since he started wearing diapers, he had become more into wearing them. At first he just peed in them, but then on the when he was in the nurse's office, he stopped, bent his knees, and pushed out the log of poop he had been holding in since breakfast, and all while the nurse was standing there. He wasn't ready to have anyone change him just yet. The only person that really had done that other than his mother was his friend Mike. He took off the diaper and emptied it into the toilet, then after wrapping it in paper towels, tossed it in the little wastebasket. He felt the urge to poop some more so he sat down for a few minutes and began to contemplate the last few days, up until last night. "Bring the one whom you rescued from captivity," The uniformed guy demanded. The one that had been in captivity was Dwight. What would they want with him? Would the Chaos Warriors come for him? The entire city on fire, he thought as he pushed a smaller poop into the toilet. He unrolled the toilet paper and tore a piece off. He wiped some of the mess off of his butt as he thought about his mother and his friends caught in the infernal set by this obsessed maniac. I'll have to go there myself. Dwight decided getting up and putting his fresh diaper on by sitting down in the middle of it and pulling the front up over his waste. I don't care what they do to me. They won't hurt the people I love. Dwight his pants back on and his shoes and washed his hands thoroughly after flushing the toilet. Then he left the bathroom and said good-bye to the nurse. School was over, three o'clock. That meant six hours to go. Six hours and Mike, Eugene, and Terry would have no choice but to reveal their true identities and hopefully win this battle with Geon. Terry spent his time praying for strength and courage, even though he wondered if that was really legitimate now. With all he knew, and all he could do, was the higher power really the one he wanted to look to now? Eugene told his mother and father that he would be going out to a movie. He and Mike practiced at the dojo. Mike's mom and dad were doing projects for their jobs so they wouldn't be home until Saturday morning. Five and a half-hours to go now. Mom was going out to dinner with a man she met from work and Dwight was home alone too. He scribbled a note saying that he was going to be Mike's house. He knew she wouldn't worry. He said he loved her. Dwight packed a few sandwiches and a couple extra diapers into his travel pack and caught a bus to Empire State Plaza. The sun was beginning to set as the hours passed. Security guards did a quick sweep of the area, but Dwight was careful to stay away from them. Something didn't seem right about anything here. He walked over to the rail next to the large bowl sculpture and looked out over the city of Albany. Lights came on around the streets and cars and buses buzzed beneath the tunnel. Dwight peed where he stood filling up his diaper. Seeing the sun set in the west was not as reassuring as it sometimes was. Not with four hours to go. On the way to Empire State Park Mike stopped at his favorite arcade to squeeze off a few rounds of Mortal Kombat 4. If this was his last day alive he wanted to enjoy it while he could. Trisha, a college student from Albany Medical greeted Mike with a hug. She was his babysitter when he was younger and worked at the arcade to pay for her classes. "Trisha, I don't know what I'm going to do." He said feeling down. He told her about what the teacher said earlier, about him being too serious. Trisha listened quietly and soon giggled and hugged him once more. "Well Mike," She said thoughtfully. "I can't say I disagree with them. I like you a lot better when you have your sense of humor and your laid-back approach to things. But I also like the way you hold your heart out on your sleeve for everyone to see. It's a hard thing to find a boy in this city who does that, in fact if you were just old enough to grow a mustache I'd date you in a second." Michael laughed slightly, even though the thought of going out with Trisha wasn't exactly new to his dreams. He left feeling somewhat better about his normal life, but the events ahead were far from normal. His concern at the moment, other than saving the world, was also keeping Dwight safe. But when he called there was no answer. What if Geon had captured him? Or worse, what if he had gone up to the plaza to face Geon directly? Mike raced home at top speed to find Andromeda. Andromeda was cautious as she searched for the boy named Dwight. There were loose dogs around Albany and they sometimes chased her mercilessly, as if she was just some mangy ally cat. Could he possibly be one of us? She wondered when she saw him sitting on a bench near the fountain. Dwight was uncomfortable. His diaper was wet and he didn't want to leave to change it. The port-a-potties that were usually located near the museum had been taken out as well. It was getting dark, hopefully nothing would happen, but he had to change while he was here. He looked around to make sure no one was nearby, then he unbuttoned his pants and pulled them down to his ankles. A small breeze brushed pass and felt good against his skin. He knew it wasn't the smartest thing to do, especially since he could get arrested for indecent exposure. And the worse thing that could happen would be if some child molester came along. His heart beat as he took the diaper off. The wind felt so good against his waist as he bent over the book bag to get another one out. He flattened it out on the bench and sat in the center. After positioning his penis so that it wouldn't leak he pulled the front end up and fastened the tapes. He rolled up his other diaper and took it over to a trash bin. On the way back to the bench he saw a small round buckle lying on the flat stone pavement in front of him. He bent over to look at it. It had a shiny gold top with a constellation worked into it. Dwight looked up at the sky instinctively and saw Orion in the sky. He picked up the buckle and placed it in his jacket pocket. Andromeda was convinced. Dwight had picked up the activator without being zapped. She was ready to approach him and reveal the secret when a dark cloud blocked out the moon. Geon appeared on top of the museum and looked down on the plaza. The boy who had been a victim of the Keeper was there waiting, but not the other Warriors. Geon wanted them all in one place before he began. And it was only a matter of time. "Are you sure Andromeda wasn't at your house?" Eugene asked when he met up with Mike and Terry. "Very sure, it's not easy to miss a talking cat with a moon symbol on her forehead." Michael replied. "We should transform." Terry suggested as they ran for the plaza. "No. Geon wants us in our civilian forms, then lets give it to him." "But why? He'll just tell his emperor and then we'll be screwed." "I don't plan on letting him get to his emperor." Mike replied coldly. They stopped at a bus stop when they saw one parked and waiting for passengers. When the doors opened they saw that there were no other passengers. For that matter, there was no driver either. "This is for us." Eugene realized looking at it with an eerie feeling. "Well, let's not disappoint him." Mike said as he boarded the bus. The others followed him and stood as the bus was drawn toward the plaza. On the way they could see most of Albany and they soon found out that this was being done deliberately, so as to show them the true penalty at stake if they lost. The bus stopped just beneath the tunnel and Mike, Eugene, and Terry piled out and cautiously walked up the steps. Dwight noticed the dark clouds and began to shiver. He looked up and saw a man standing on the top of the museum. He was looking down on everything, watching everyone. Dwight then noticed the three figures at the other end of the plaza. He was afraid for a second and ducked behind the bench. What if these were some punks in a gang looking for a place to do drugs? What would they do if they found him? At a closer look he could make out his friend Mike. With him were his other two friends Eugene and Terry. What were they doing here? They were walking slowly, looking in every direction. Could they have been curious about last night's event? Or were they. No way. Dwight thought as he dismissed the possibility. They couldn't possibly be the Chaos Warriors. He was about to call to them when lightning from the clouds split the night in half. The trio looked up and covered their eyes as the blinding lightning took over the night for a brief second. Standing in front of them was Geon. "So, you are the Chaos warriors." He spoke as they recovered from the blinding. "Not what I expected I can tell you that much. Which one of you is Earth?" Michael stood forth. "Ah, the one that has lead these two for so long. My, one could wonder how you ever started out so pathetic." "Shut your mouth." Mike snapped, trying to sound tough and failing. "You want to finish this, lets do it." Holding out his activator he yelled out, "Earth, Crystal, Power!" Eugene and Terry followed by calling out their powers. "North Star power!" "Zeus power!" In seconds they had undergone the changes and were now strong enough to fight Geon. Geon jumped too fast for the warriors to see and landed in the fountain. He then focused on the spouts and made them spray hot water. Then he applied telekinesis to force the water to spray at them. Mike, Terry, and Eugene dodged the bursts leaving a steamy wet spot in their place. "Watch out for those water spurts, they'll flash boil your skin in under a second." Eugene warned them. He stopped and turned to face Geon. "I'm gonna slow him down a bit." Eugene stopped running and faced Geon. Hands open palm out he yelled, "North Star, Flash!" His own blinding light spread out and stunned Geon temporarily. "Thanks North Star, now it's my turn." Terry turned to face Geon and concentrated on the water. "Zeus, Thunderbolt!" The electricity hit water and conducted. But Geon was prepared, a shield went up around him and absorbed the charge. "Tricks won't work with me brat." He retorted, and sent the electricity back at both warrior's North Star and Zeus. The electricity hit them and sent them to the ground weakened, and near death. Dwight watched from a distance as he saw his friends transforming. It was them, they really were the chaos warriors! Only now that evil person with all the powers was defeating them. Only Mike stood against him. Michael knelt beside his friends to see if they were all right. They didn't look good, but they were still breathing, which wouldn't be long either if he didn't stop Geon. He took out his dagger and turned to face him. Geon pulled a sword from his own belt and teleported in front of Mike. "Now it's you and me Warrior Earth." In a movement that was too quick for Mike to notice Geon knock the dagger out of his hand and slam him to the ground. Mike was helpless now as he dodged Geon's swings. Dwight watched in helplessness as his friends were taken down and helpless. The evil man was now trying to kill Mike with his sword. He wished there was something he could do to help. That was when Andromeda approached him. "What are you doing here?" Dwight asked upon recognizing Mike's cat. "Do you have the activator I left for you?" She asked. "Whoa, how do you know how to talk?" Dwight asked in half shock. After what he had seen it wasn't the most surprising thing that had happened. "There's no time to explain that now." Andromeda replied. "Like Warrior Earth you are destined to battle evil. Now you must transform." Dwight turned away. Doubt began to run through his mind. "I can't," He said. "I can't fight bad guys like that, I can't even fight the bullies at school. How can I fight evil monsters from other worlds?" "Things will change for you, I promise. But you need to help them fight Geon or the world will suffer. Now, take that activator and yell Orion power." Dwight took the activator out and turned around to face Andromeda. As he remembered his mother and all of the people he knew and loved, the doubt soon surpassed itself with a new sense of courage. This feeling was new to him, and he reveled in it. "Okay, destiny, here I come." Dwight held out the activator. "Orion, Power!" The activator released an orange beam of energy, which swung around Dwight and surrounded him. Silk tight pants and an orange armor clad jacket replaced his jacket and pants. A sword appeared along with a gold belt. On the belt were three emerald jewels. Geon backed Warrior Earth into a corner. He poised his sword over his chest ready to finish him off. "I should thank you." Geon finished, feeling the need to taunt his opponent one last time. "I never would have lived if it weren't for you showing up." Geon pulled back the sword and swung it down. An invisible warrior parried his blow and used the momentum to send it back at him. Geon stumbled and then regained his stance. In front of Warrior Earth, was a new warrior. It was the other child! Geon forgot about him. "I am Warrior Orion. In the name of Orion, I will punish you." Warrior Orion spread his hands out like a bird and yelled out, "Orion, fire blast!" The jewels on his belt glowed, then projected three fireballs, all which united and sped at Geon faster-than-light. Mike got to his feet as Warrior Orion scorched Geon. Dwight was a warrior! That was why Andromeda was gone, and why Geon wanted to destroy him. He stood next to Dwight and welcomed him to the team. "Thanks, although this is all a little new to me." He responded. "You'll grow with it, trust me." Mike said as he picked up his dagger. Before he could do anything Geon faded out and the dark clouds disappeared. "I wish for once he would just stick around to be destroyed." Mike joked. A few hours later the warriors reverted to their true form and told Dwight of their secret. Andromeda explained her role in finding the warriors and training them to fight evil. "Andromeda, are you sure me wearing diapers isn't going to be a problem?" Dwight asked. "A warrior cannot be judged by the way he or she lives," Andromeda answered. "Inside we all know what counts." Geon appeared before the Emperor, he knew for the last time. "You have failed me for the last time Geon. Now I am displeased." Aiken growled as he called forth his power. "But your majesty, I know the identities of the-" "SILENCE!" Aiken yelled. "I will hear no more excuses. SLEEP FOREVER!" In a flash of energy Geon was encased in a transparent rock. The last look on Geon's face, was the look of fear and terror, and it was the way he would look for all eternity. "Bronkis! You are my new commander now." Aiken said as he made Geon disappear into darkness. The demon Bronkis changed his form to human appearance and bowed before the Emperor. "Yes my lord. I will not fail you like he did. I will not be such a fool." The end.
