He rides a special school bus so he's not with a lot of kids, so his diaper showing isn't really a concern to anybody. In fact, even in his classroom, he's often in just a diaper with plastic pants on. If he does have pants on, they get taken off when he gets changed at home.

He doesn't look anywhere near his age. I'd say he probably looks about half his age and he's small too. I think people just assume that he's an older child who's still in diapers. Really never had any problems about it...when they see David, his baby-like behaviors make it obvious that he's just not "old enough" to be out of diapers.
