I can always smell when he's pooped and, if I can't smell it for some reason, the bulge at the back of his diaper is proof enough. As for a wet diaper, usually I can't smell it, but I can always tell when my brother is wearing a wet diaper because of the way he acts. He walks around like he's trying to hide something.

Even though he's 12, he's really small for his age and is the size of an average 6 year old so mom still keeps him in disposable baby diapers, usually Huggies. For awhile, she tried the youth diapers but they must've been too big because they leaked so she switched back to Huggies.
