His father made us bbq dinner. dean wet his pants at dinner. my mother said if he can't stay dry he should wear 24/7. I started to laugh. Dean dad told him to go put on his night clothes and come have popcorn with us. 10 min later out he came in thick cloth diapers and plastic pants. I laugh so hard I fell out of my chair.

I babysit for 11 yo boy and he wears diapers 24/7. I change him. He wears cloth and training pants to bed and disposibles (Pampers) during the day. He poops and pees in them. At home he doesn't wear any pants. One of my friend's brother wears diapers for fun. He's 17 and she and I change and baby him. That's fun cause we get to see him with erections. He masturbates for us and sometimes we masturbate him.
