I don't mind it doing it in front of my family and often I don't hesitate in asking them to change me, especially my uncle who had the same medical condition I have while he was growing up. After school, I am changed by my gym teacher because it's my last class and my gym teacher treats me as if I'm his only son (he has no kids) so he really enjoys changing my diapers. He often has a stash of Depends and wipes hidden in his office where I go into to get changed. Classmates make a big deal out of it.

When they notice people usually ignore it because they have learned why its happening and have just gotten used to it (though a couple still make faces and so on but its nothing worse than that).

Jesper	14	Smaller kids ask me questions about my diaper and why i wear diapers. One time last summer on the playgrund i had a cool experience. I was playing in the sandbox together with a small kid. There was a lot of other kids on the playground too. Suddenly i had to poop and i stopped to play. I stood up and let go. Noone except the little kid discovered it and when i sat down again he did just like me. Afterwards we played again - we both smelled alot!

Jake	28	Girls are more likely to be grossed out. One time I was in a library when a pooping urge came over me. I couldn't hold it. As it started to come out I just let it go. When I did that, I let out a loud fart sound and some squishing sounds. I woman next to me looked at me like she was disgusted. I said I was sorry as I headed to the bathroom to change.
		It is rare that I poop in public.

baby johnny	6	i wear my diapers 24/7 and it doesn`t bother me whoever is around. i wear my diapers to use and i love it when i load my diaper full of poopoo in front of people. other kids tell my mommy or sister that they better check my diaper, cause thery smell stinky.

A few boys, privately, have whispered "I, wish I, could wear or try wearing and using diapers.
Cody	18	Only a couple people have ever noticed me poop in public. One was on holiday when a hotel maid shared a hotel elevator with me. I only wore shorts and a swimming diaper which was potent in smell so my poopy butt was obvious.

If I go in the middle of the night, I just stay awake and take advantage of the opportunity to spread the mess all over my bottom and crotch to make it look as if I moved it while having a dream.

baby johnny	6	if i poopoo after being diapered mommy or sissy usually waits till i pp in my diapers, which usually isn`t long. i wet constantly plus it give me more time to play in my poopy diapers. if i load my diapers full of poopoo in the middle of the night i`m in baby heaven. mommy or sissy usually put enough lotion or vaseline on my diaper area that i don`t get diaper rash much.
