When I was 14 I pooped my pants in geography class without knowing 
since I fell asleep for the 100th time. I was sent up to the 
principal's office with everyone laughing at me and the teacher 
surprised. When I got there he sat back in his seat and he looked at me 
in confusion. I told him what had happened. For a little joke he came 
up to me and sniffed near my bum. I was so shocked at what he had done 
that I started to drop tears from my eyes. He smirked a bit and then 
left the room and told me to stay there. He came back about 20 minutes 
later with a plastic bag. He told me that there was nothing to worry 
about, and that he wouldn't tell my parents. He asked me if I wanted a 
change of clothes and I said yes. He told me to lay on the floor. ...I 
was shocked.

I said, "Excuse me...."

He then said, "Well, if you would rather your parents find out that's 
fine with me."

I got so scared I just lay there. He bent down on one knee and he 
looked at me again and let out a little laugh. He pulled out a towel 
from in the plastic bag and lifted me up and put it under me. I was so 
afraid I didn't know what was happening. As he then tried to unbutton 
my pants I punched him in the chest to get him off. He said, "You 
better lie still for your own sake."

I was pushed back to the towel and he held me down as he took off my 
pants and my underwear. I was completely embarrassed as I was naked in 
front of my principal. He said, "Don't worry, I've changed a kid 
before, even if he was not even half your age." and he giggled a bit.

He then took out baby wipes and powder from the plastic bag. I tried to 
get up but he held me down and said, "shhh, we don't want your parents 
knowing." I held in my fear and didn't cry just tears fell. He opened 
the cap and sprinkled some on my penis. then he rubbed it in. He then 
took about 4 wipes from the baby wipe container and wiped my butt and 
all over my backside. I was so shocked I could hardly breath.

I just stayed there in complete shock of what was happening. After he 
had finished he pulled out a Pampers Baby Dry XXL from the bag and I 
just died. I could not believe what he was doing. I kicked him and 
tried to get up but he held me there. He took one of them out of the 
bag and he lifted my legs up in the air to put it under my bum. I said 
"NO!" But he covered my mouth and said, "shh, if you tell anyone what 
happened I'll tell your parents that you did, and they will probably do 
the same as I am."

I cried. I couldn't believe what he was doing. He then took the diaper 
and folded it up towards me and taped up the sides. He took out a pair 
of pants and shirt from the bag and made me put them on. I was still 
crying after I was sitting in the chair but I knew it was over. I was 
told if I took it off or told anyone he would find out then he would 
tell my parents and the other teachers I need diapers. I stayed still 
as I sat there and he looked at me. He said, "feel better, little guy?"
