Monkey See, Monkey Do Summary: a 2 and a half year old boy would keep taking off his diapers then peeing and pooping everywhere, so the boys dad makes a deal with the boy that he will wear and use diapers for a month if the boy keeps his diapers on until he is potty trained. My son is 2.5 and is still in diapers. But he likes to takes them off and pee and poop anywhere. So after this happened a couple of times I asked, “What will it take to get you to use your diapers?” Then he looked at me and said, “if you use diapers I will, too, daddy.” Then I said, “Well, I know how to use the potty, so I don’t need diapers.” Then he went off screaming and crying so I went and talked to my wife about it and I came up with a plan. Then I came in and calmed him down and told him if I wear and use diapers for a month he had to use them until he was potty trained. Then he said, “okay, but no using the potty for a month.” I said okay then went and told my wife. The next day I took the whole family (my wife, my 14-year-old daughter, and my son) to Wal-Mart to get supplies. When we got there my wife and daughter went and got all the things to diaper me while my son and I got some food. We met at the checkout line. In my cart there were steaks, Cokes, and all kinds of foods. In my wife’s cart there were 3 packs of adult diapers and other changing things and some other stuff. The lady at the checkout line asked me who the diapers were for. With a red face I said, “me” as my daughter started to laugh. Then we went home on the way back my son said he had to use the potty so we stopped at a gas station and I took him then put his diaper back on. Everyone was so proud of him. Then when we got home he went again. After a week of him being trained he woke me and my wife up in the middle of the night and said, “Daddy, when are you going to start wearing diapers?” Then I told him, “now that you’re potty trained do I still need to?” Then he looked at me and said yes. Then my wife said, “You did tell him you would, dear.” So I gave up and said, “I will start tomorrow.” “And mommy has to change you.” “Fine, now lets go to bed.” So the next day I got up and my wife diapered me. It was humiliating. Then I got dressed and made breakfast then I needed to pee so I started to walk to the bathroom and when I got there. There was a sign saying, “if you use the toilet you go without your pants for one full day.” But it was 6:30AM and my wife was taking a shower in the other bathroom so I walked in peed and walked out to find my son standing there. Then, before I could say anything he went and told my wife. Then I took off my pants and started on breakfast in a tee shirt and a diaper. I made waffles. When my daughter saw me she started laughing. Then I said, “Keep laughing. I am taking you to school and getting out.” “Don’t do that! That will embarrass me!” my daughter said. She stopped laughing and said, “Fine, I won’t laugh at you.” Then everyone started to eat and I took the kids to school. Then I went back home to work (I work out of my home with my wife). When I got back I needed to poop. I asked my wife if I could go. She said, “Just go in your diaper and I will change you, or use the toilet and spend an hour out side in nothing but your diaper.” “Okay, then I'll use the diaper.” After an hour I had to go really bad, so I started peeing. Then poop started flowing out and my wife was on the phone with a customer, so I started working. Then after 3 hours on the phone my wife hung up and said, “You really need a change.” I will update this as soon as possible.
