Kevin Has Wet Pampers at the Mall

	This is another true story about me being a late potty 
trainer. This happened to me when I was like 4 and a half. 
I wasn't out of diapers completely until I was almost 6 and 
I still need them at night now that I'm 15. I remember a 
lot of times like this when I was soaked and people would 
look at me funny cause I was so old and still wearing 
diapers. I wasn't pooping in diapers then. I could do that 
on the toilet when I was like 3 and a half but I had 
trouble with peeing. I can remember trying to pee on the 
toilet when I was like 5. I would have to pee so my parents 
would untape my diaper and I'd sit on the toilet. I would 
never be able to go when I was on the toilet so I would get 
off and get another diaper put on me. Then like 20 minutes 
later, my diaper would be dripping wet. I used to wear (and 
still wear to bed) disposable diapers like Huggies, Luvs or 
even sometimes my parents would try generic diapers on me. 
They would always leak because I was so old and a heavy 
wetter.
	Anyway, one day my parents and me went to the Short 
Hills Mall(we live in New Jersey) at like 10 in the 
morning. I remember having my diaper changed in the morning 
before we left the house. When we got to the mall, we 
shopped around. Then we had lunch at a restaurant in the 
mall. I remember being wet there cause I kept on pulling 
down my green corduroy shorts to see my wet diaper. I 
usually didn't tell them when I was wet cause I hated 
getting changed. After lunch, we split up. I went with my 
mom and she wanted to buy me clothes. I don't remember 
where my dad was but he was gone for like an hour. My mom 
and I stared to shop for my clothes but somehow wound up 
looking at clothes for her in a store called Fendi. That 
was so boring. During that time I guess I wet again cause I 
felt burning around my legs. That meant the diaper was 
leaking a little. It was also real saggy. I could feel the 
crotch of my diaper hanging down around my knees. Then my 
dad finally came back and I went with him. We went to some 
store to look for ceiling fans. My mom stayed at that other 
store. I was bored again and real wet. Now I could smell my 
wet diaper. You know that baby diaper and pee smell. I 
actually wanted to get a new diaper. I tried to tell my dad 
but when I pulled his sleeve he said, "SHHH!". It must have 
been 2 or 3 o'clock and I was still wearing the same soggy 
diapers. My dad took my hand when we left the store. I was 
walked kind of slow because the leak cuffs in my diaper 
were cold and wet and they were burning my legs. My dad 
picked me up cause I was walking too slow. when he felt my 
shorts he realized I was soaked. He put me down and said 
"Didn't mommy change you?" I looked up at him with watery 
eyes (I was embarrassed cause people were looking). I shook 
my head no. He took a diaper out of the diaper bag and 
pulled me over to the side of the hall. He pulled down my 
green shorts. When he untucked my orange shirt, you could 
see how the diaper leaked around the waist to cause I had a 
wet spot on my shirt. If my diaper wasn't so wet I probably 
would have put up a fight. A few people passed and looked 
and made a weird face. I don't know if they were shocked 
cause I still sore diapers or if they were shocked because 
my diaper was so saggy. I was standing up when he changed 
me. He said "Wow, you ARE soaked!"
