10-Year-Old Boy Goes Back to Diapers

Todd was in bed sleeping all night and woke up. He was ready to get out 
of bed when he noticed that he felt wet. He was scared and slid his 
hand down his sheets to find the sheets wet and cold and his underwear 
wet and warm. He jumped out of bed and thought, “What do I do?” He 
thought of trying to hide the wet sheets and underwear but knew that 
would not work for two reasons. First, he knew he could not sneak the 
sheets past his mom and he did not know how to work the wash machine. 
He thought he’d better be honest and went to find his mom in the 
kitchen. She was making his lunch for school. He came into the room and 
started to cry. She looked at him and asked, “What is wrong?” He said, 
“Mom, I wet the bed.”

She looked puzzled but not mad and said, “You better go take a shower.”

Todd went off to the bathroom and took off his wet underwear and took a 
shower. He got dressed for school and got his lunch with him mom 
saying, “You probably just did not go to the bathroom before school.”

At school, for some reason he kept feeling like others would know he 
wet his bed but he knew they would not for some reason. It was the last 
hour when he felt like he had to pee. The bell rang but he knew that 
his bus had taken off fast and the boys’ room was well on the other end 
of the hall. He knew he could wait until he got home and got on the 
bus. The bus hit so many bumps, he thought, and was happy when it 
stopped at his corner. He got off. He had eight houses until his. He 
thought about running. He had to go so bad but he was concerned on not 
wetting his pants. He was to the last house and made a dash for it. He 
got into the house and his mom was right inside the door. She stopped 
him and asked how school went. He said “good” and then she said the 
school called, and just as his mom was going to tell him why, he 
started to pee and wet his jeans. It ran down his jeans and made a 
puddle on the floor. He started to cry hard. She said, “You better go 
take another shower and I will clean this up.”

He went up to the bathroom and peeled off his jeans and underwear. He 
took a shower and got dressed again. His mom said come in the kitchen 
and said, “We need to talk.” She said, “We are going to go to the 
store.” He asked, “Where?” and she said, “Don’t worry about it.” They 
got into the car and she drove to the Walgreen’s. They went in and she 
grabbed a cart. Todd was right behind her and she went to the baby 
area. Todd asked, “What are we doing here?” She went down the diaper 
area and grabbed a bag of Goodnites. Todd asked, “What are those for?” 
and she said, “you.”

Todd wanted to hide. In fact, he went over to the video games area. He 
was trying a demo game when his mom came over and said, “We are going 
to leave now.” Todd followed. They were in the checkout when Todd 
noticed what his mom put on the checkout belt. It was Goodnites and 
Pampers size 6. Todd is about 4'3" at 90 pounds. The cashier took the 
Goodnites, looked at Todd and said, “Is someone having a problem?”

Todd started to cry and was trying to hide behind his mommy. They left 
and got home with his mom pulling him up to his room. She took off his 
jeans and he asked her what she was doing. She told him what was going 
to happen. She said, “You will wear Goodnites boxers to school and 
Pampers around the house and to bed.” She laid him down and put a 
Pampers on him. He was crying but after a few minutes went downstairs 
and started to watch TV. He was watching TV when his mom said, “time 
for supper.”

Todd went to the table and found his parents eating TV dinners and he 
was given chicken nuggets. He was eating when he felt like he had to 
pee badly. He asked to go to the bathroom and his mom said, “No, you 
can wait.” He ate more and then all of a sudden he started to pee and 
shivered. His mom knew he was wetting his diaper and was not happy. She 
said, “I think you will be sorry now.”

After supper his mom said, “I am going to the store.” She got home 
about 9:00 pm and called Todd into the living room. She said, “Lay 
down. I am going to change your wet diaper.” He lay down and she 
changed him and put on Teletubbies pj's. He said, “I don’t like them; 
they are for babies,” and she said, “You acted like a baby at the 
dinner table. then I will treat you like a baby.”

She went to the kitchen and returned with a baby bottle with milk. Todd 
said “no” but she grabbed him and slid the nipple into his mouth. Todd 
started to suck and she said, “Good boy.”
