Heres how to create a quick and easy makeshift diaper:

1. Take about 10 sheets of toilet paper and fold them in half long ways then gain and again. Taper the open end shut.
2. Taking a paper towel, fold it over both the front and back of the folded toilet paper and place tape on the gap between the first fold and the second.
3. Repeat step 2 two to three times.
4. Place tape all over the side without tape on it to `waterproof' it.
5. Place in tight fitting brief letting your penis sit roughly in the middle.
